Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent hunting in an expansion valve as well as the abnormal rise of a high pressure. SOLUTION: A refrigerating cycle, in which a compressor for compressing and sending refrigerant, a radiator for cooling the refrigerant pressurized and sent by the compressor, the expansion valve 5 for expanding the high-pressure refrigerant cooled by the radiator and opened or closed in accordance with a high-pressure side refrigerant pressure as well as a high-pressure side refrigerant temperature to obtain an objective pressure in the high-pressure side refrigerant pressure, an evaporator for evaporating low-pressure refrigerant expanded by the expansion valve 5, and an accumulator for separating the refrigerant from the evaporator into gas and liquid to store the liquid phase and send only the gas phase into the compressor, which are connected through pipeline, while carbon dioxide is circulated as the refrigerant, is provided with a dulling means 20, coping with temperature for dulling the response property of the expansion valve 5 in accordance with the fluctuation of the high-pressure side refrigerant temperature.
