Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide simply structured and low-cost wind power generating equipment capable of generating a large electric power without any necessity of a large installation space and a strong structure. SOLUTION: This wind power generating equipment is provided with multiple wind turbines 21 and 31, which are vertically disposed in a lengthwise long and cylindrical easing 10 with the closed upper opening and each of which is journalled vertically to the shaft and is so constituted that a generator 22 is rotated by a rotating force of the multiple wind turbines 21 and 31. The casing 10 is provided with multiple wind inlets 10b in its circumferential wall and the wind inlets 10b are provided facing to the respective wind turbines 21 and 31 and disposed to rotate the vertically adjoining wind turbines 21 and 31 in the mutually reverse direction.
