Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve judging accuracy of an abutting object even in a small number of bumper sensors by accurately judging a characteristic of the abutting object, for example, even when the abutting object strikes between the first and second bumper sensors and even when the abutting object strikes between, the second and third bumper sensors. SOLUTION: A detected deformation speed is added by first and second adding means 32A and 32B, the added deformation speed is compared by first and second comparing means 33A and 33B, and is judged by an operation judging means 34 on the basis of the compared deformation speed.
