Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a three-dimensional article excellent in mechanical strength and heat resistance in high productivity and a molding mold having a high dimensional precision and good durability. SOLUTION: The method for producing the three-dimensional article includes (1) a photo-curing process in which a primarily cured product in which a plurality of cured resin layers are laminated is formed by repeating a process in which the surface of a liquid photo-curable resin is exposed selectively to light to form a cured resin layer and (2) a post-curing process in which the primarily cured article is heat-treated to obtain a secondarily cured product. In the photo- curing process, when at least one cured resin layer is formed, in order to form a cured resin layer comprising at least two layer parts different in degree of curing of the cured resin, irradiation energy per unit area of light radiated selectively to the surface of the liquid photo-curable resin is changed. The molding mold is formed from the three-dimensional article.
