Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely cut a sheet with the cut edge part pressed, and to facilitate next cutting operation by holding the cut edge part of the cut sheet. SOLUTION: This cutting guide apparatus is provided with a pair of right and left support parts 5, 6, a base part 7 where the right and left support parts are extended, roll support means 8 provided on the support parts and rotatably holding the cylindrical core part, a cutting guide part 10 provided on the base part and having a cutting guide groove 9 for guiding a cutting blade of a cutting tool, a pair of right and left arm parts 11, 12 rotatably extended from the right and left support parts or the base part, and a sheet pressing member 13 provided on the arm parts to be stretched between them and capable of pressing and holding the cut edge part of a building sheet in a space up to the cutting guide part. The sheet pressing member is capable of taking a pressing position for pressing and holding the building sheet in a space up to the cutting guide part and a pressing releasing position for separating from the cutting guide part.
