Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production process of a formaldehyde decomposition treatment agent which is capable of effectively decomposing gasified and released formaldehyde without causing any deterioration of an agent used for a building material or furniture, such as surface finishing agent. SOLUTION: This production process comprises: a stage for irradiating a natural light condenser 12 consisting of a sintered body formed by sintering titanium particles or silicon particles, with natural light and further irradiating pure water 18 with transmitted light through the condenser 12, to produce a base liquid having reduced water cluster size; a stage for extracting a mineral component in an ore by the base liquid to produce a liquid extract; and a stage for adding a required amount of the liquid extract to the base liquid to produce the objective formaldehyde decomposition treatment agent.
