Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a solar battery cell, by which a stable highly efficient solar battery cell can be manufactured and the productivity and manufacturing cost of the cell can be improved. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the solar battery cell includes a step (1) of simultaneously forming a junction layer (n+) and a TiO2 reflection preventing film on the surface of a p-type silicon substrate doped with gallium and an electric field layer (p+) on the rear surface of the substrate after a coated organic titanium compound layer containing a phosphorus dopant and an aluminum layers are respectively formed on the surface and rear surface of the substrate and/or a step (2) of forming a coated silver paste layer containing an Sb alloy dopant to be diffused selectively in the lower part of an electrode on the TiO2 reflection preventing film side on the surface of the substrate and a coated silver paste layer on the electric field layer (p+) side on the rear surface of the substrate, and then, simultaneously forming silver electrodes on both surfaces of the substrate by baking the substrate. The solar battery cell is manufactured by the method.
