Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server for operating the execution of automatic transactions, including the security for the secret information and private information of a user and using method of the server. SOLUTION: When making a purchase, rather than a user transmitting private verification information to a seller, the seller makes a contact with a controlled server 100. During the contact from the seller to the controlled server 100, the seller specifies the user, arbitrary non-personal information concerning the user grasped by the seller and the nature of the transaction. When the purchase is proper, the controlled server 100 authorizes the transaction to the seller. Accordingly, there is the user not need what so ever for to transmit the personal management information to the seller. It is sufficient that the seller only know whether the transaction has been authorized, and further exchange of information is not made.
