INFORMATION USE CONTROL SYSTEM USING IP ADDRESS, TERMINAL, INFORMATION USE CONTROL METHOD, AND RECORDING MEDIUM WITH THE METHOD RECORDED THEREON

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information use control system capable of making it unnecessary to separately install software for transmitting information for use control to an information providing terminal in a user terminal, making information available only in a designated environment (organization) where many and unspecified people can enter or exit, and making the information easily available while holding anonymity, and to provide a terminal and a method therefor and a recording medium on which the method is recorded. SOLUTION: This system is provided with an information providing terminal 10 for obtaining an IP address from a user terminal, deforming the contents therewith and transmitting the deformed contents to the user terminal, an information control terminal 20 for generating use start information necessary for the use start of the contents based on the IP address obtained from the user terminal 10, and a user terminal 30 for transmitting the IP address which is being used or supposed to be used by its own terminal to the information providing terminal and using the contents by using the deformed contents obtained from the information providing terminal and the use start information obtained from the information control terminal and the IP address.
