SOLUTION: The refrigerating machine cools an absorbent solution by executing heat exchange between cold water and refrigerant in the evaporator 10 so as to heat and vaporize the refrigerant, causing the absorbent solution to absorb the refrigerant in the absorber 20 and performing heat exchange between cooling water and the absorbent solution becoming thin due to absorption of the refrigerant.
