UNIT BUILDING AND WORK METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a large occupancy space by eliminating wall portions partitioning neighboring building units. SOLUTION: In a unit building 3 comprising a plurality of almost box-shaped building units 1 and 2 having two building units 1 and 2 with both the gable wall portions 5, 5 respectively rising from two short sides facing at least a rectangular floor portion 4 and both the gable portions 5 and 5 respectively rising from two short sides facing from the floor portion 4 are arranged by neighboring the long sides of the floor portion 4, and one of the building units 1 and 2 is made as a standard unit having a parallel portion to the floor portion 4 at the top ends of both the gable wall portions 5 and 5, other building units 1 and 2 are made as a trapezoidal unit having a sloped portion 7 which becomes a down-slope as the upper end of both the gable wall portions 5 and 5 are separated from one of the building units 1 and 2, further, a horizontal member 9 effective for structural strength is installed to a position near a standard unit between the upper ends of both the gable wall portions 5 and 5 of the trapezoidal unit.
