PLUMBING UNIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plumbing unit which facilitates installation of water section equipment at a location desired by the user without breaking a floor or a wall. SOLUTION: The plumbing unit is comprised of a feed-water opening and a drainage opening. The feed-water opening connects a branch feed pipe to a feed pipe for equipment, for feeding water to the water section equipment. The branch feed pipe is branched from a main feed pipe provided for a house beforehand, at a location that is exposed out of a building skeleton. The drainage opening connects a branch drain pipe to a drain pipe for equipment, for draining water from the water section equipment. The branch drain pipe is branched from a main drain pipe provided for the house beforehand, at a location that is exposed out of the building skeleton. According to the plumbing unit, the feed-water opening and the drainage opening are formed in a box or in a plate, or directly formed in a cabinet or in a counter.
