Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition which does not clog, has excellent extrusion stability, and gives an excellent print quality free from a breeding phenomenon. SOLUTION: This ink composition containing a colorant, 2-pyrrolidone, a compound represented by chemical formula (I), a compound of chemical formula (II), and a butyl ether-based solvent, characterized in that the content of the compound of chemical formula (I) is >=1 wt.% based on the total amount of the composition. The content of the compound of chemical formula (I) is especially preferably 1 to 3 wt.%.
