Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a wastewater treatment device which can satisfy effluent standard values efficiently by a perfect reaction of a neutralizer which occurs when the neutralizer is poured to and mixed with turbid water containing cement components generated in a construction site, etc., and to provide a wastewater treatment device which is constituted compactly so that it can be installed in a construction site having a small space and the like. SOLUTION: A flow dividing part 3 is formed by connecting a pair of partition plates 5, 5 in two areas opposite to each other, which form a boundary of a pair of rectangular flow dividing plates 4, 4 coming into contact with each other at right angles. A small primary reactor 1A and a large secondary reactor 1B each comprises a reactor formed by installing a plurality of the flow dividing parts 3, 3, etc., in a pipe line having a square section. A flow passage P1 of raw water 10 pumped up by a pump 12 is connected to the primary reactor 1A, and the raw water passes through the primary reactor 1A while reacting with a neutralizer fed to a vicinity of the inlet of the primary reactor 1A. The raw water which have passed through the primary reactor 1A is fed to the upper part of the secondary reactor 1B installed vertically on an effluent tank 13. After the raw water passes through the secondary reactor 1B where a coagulating agent is supplied to its upper part from a coagulating agent container 14, it is stored in the effluent tank 13 and then discharged. |
