Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power level device for a generating device utilizing natural energy, capable of supplying stable predetermined power to its load regardless of the magnitude of the amount of the generated power of the generating device utilizing natural energy. SOLUTION: The power leveling device consists of a rectifier part for obtaining DC power by rectifying an AC power generated from a generating device utilizing natural energy, or a DC conversion part for converting the AC power into a DC power of a predetermined voltage, a double-layer electrolytic capacitor for leveling the voltage and accumulating energy, an energy storage part consisting of a storage battery and a charger, and an AC conversion part for converting the DC power into an AC power. Thus, this power leveling device features the capability of supplying a predetermined power to its load regardless of fluctuation of the generated power from the generating device utilizing natural energy.
