Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent corrosion for an aluminum pipe in complex overhead earth-wires of an existing optical fiber at a low cost. SOLUTION: Through space between metallic strands 3a, which constitute complex overhead earth-wires 4 of an existing optical fiber, rust-preventive oil 6 is filled into the inside and applied to the external surface of an aluminum pipe 2. With this method, the aluminum pipe 2 in the complex overhead earth- wires 4 of an existing optical fiber can be prevented against corrosion at a low cost, thereby preventing damage of an optical fiber 1, which is an essential communication line.
