Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a high-efficient solar cell with no photodegradation at high productivity, for simplified manufacturing processed and reduced cost. SOLUTION: A phosphorus junction layer 2 which contains, on its surface, an n++ part where a phosphorus is heavily doped is formed at least at a P-type silicon substrate, and then a surface electrode 6 is formed on the n++ part, thus, a back electrode 7 is formed on the backside of the P-type silicon substrate 1. Here, the P-type silicon substrate 1 is doped with gallium. An organic silica compound paste containing phosphorus is printed on the P-type silicon substrate 1 according to the pattern with which the surface electrode 6 is formed, and the P-type silicon substrate 1 is treated in a vapor-phase phosphorus diffusion thermal process so that the phosphorus junction layer containing the n++ part on its surface is formed. |
