Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for selecting optimum seller by suitably evaluating the conditions, when the conditions required by a purchasing applicant are various, even though the optimum seller can be selected merely based on the prices of commodity and service, when the commodity or service to be purchased is uniform and simple. SOLUTION: In this optimum seller select system for obtaining a seller over a network for the purchasing applicant for commodity and service, a seller is selected according to a fixed algorithm, based on the essential conditions preset by the purchasing applicant and preferred conditions. Preferred conditions are enciphered, and the seller can be selected according to the value calculated according to the expression.
