SOLUTION: These devices reading/write electronic data in a storage medium previously having inherent individual identification information and capable of readably and writably storing the electronic data. The devices equip with a recording means for recording the electronic data for distribution; and a read/write means conducting reading of at least the individual identification information and writing of the electronic data, and has a control function for storing and controlling the individual identification information, together with relating information corresponding to the individual identification information.
