CONVERSABLE CHAT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chat system capable of selecting a party and starting a conversation in real time even when both users desired to converse with each other are not participated in the same chat channel and a help desk system utilizing that chat system. SOLUTION: A chat server 1 has a web server processing means 11 for receiving access to the URL of a present device and returning correspondent information to a party and a conversation processing means 12 for receiving a conversation start request from a user terminal 2, generating a URL 15 for conversation, afterwards transmitting transmitter information and the URL 15 for conversation of an access destination to a designated party user terminal 3 as popup information, transmitting the URL 15 for conversation to the request side terminal 2 as well, starting the conversation and transmitting the speech information of one conversing person to the other side and the user terminal 2 and 3 have web reading processing means 21 and 31 for reading, displaying and executing the correspondent information of the URL on a web net 9 and popup means 22 and 32 for displaying the popup information on a sub-picture in receiving.
