MULTIAXIS INTEGRAL TYPE ACCELEROMETER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiaxis type accelerometer with a simple structure free from the generation of beat. SOLUTION: In the multiaxis integral type accelerometer which is provided with an oscillation circuit 3 and has a plurality of servo type accelerometers 2 (acceleration measuring parts), capable of detecting acceleration in one way, so arranged with at least two thereof orthogonal to each other to detect acceleration in multiple directions, the plurality of servo type accelerometers 2 are made to have one oscillation circuit in common use. A case 7 for holding the acceleration measuring parts is formed almost in a cubic shape and the acceleration measuring parts are installed separately on the surfaces orthogonal to the case 7.
