CYLINDER HEAD FOR MULTICYLINDER ENGINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder head for a multicylinder engine capable of suppressing overheat of oil. SOLUTION: The inside of this cylinder head 6 for the multicylinder engine 1 is integrally formed with an exhaust collection part 21 collecting exhaust ports 17 extended from plural combustion chambers 12 which are disposed on a cylinder bank side by side, while the cylinder head 6 has a water jacket 31 above and below the portion wherein the exhaust ports 17 extend. At least one part of an oil passage 29 formed in the cylinder head 6 is surrounded by a part (a connection part 37) of the water jacket 31. Thereby, cooling water flows through a portion near the oil passage 29 to keep oil temperature constant. In the case that the oil passage 29 and the part 37 of the water jacket 31 surrounding the part 37 of the oil passage 29 are formed inside a wall 28 partitioning the exhaust ports 17 extended from the combustion chambers 12, size of the cylinder head 6 in the cylinder bank direction is not increased.
