Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable charcoal to be sent and placed by pneumatic transportation in a state keeping the characteristic performance of charcoal so that it is well used as a moisture conditioner or a deodorant for under ground/a wall, a soil conditioner for a plastic green house/a field/a lawn, or the like. SOLUTION: Charcoal powder mixed with a shape retaining agent is pelletized. The charcoal powder to be used has an average particle size of 0.1-1.0 mm. The proportion of the charcoal powder to the shape-retaining agent is made to be 99:1 to 80:20 by weight.
