SHRINKABLE PACKAGING FILM AND LABEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shrinkable packaging film which has a high heat- shrinking rate, a low natural-shrinking rate with time and tension, and a shrinkable packaging label prepared therefrom. SOLUTION: There are provided a shrinkable packaging film obtained by forming a resin composition into a film and subjecting the film to at least uniaxial stretching, the resin composition being prepared by blending 5-60 pts.wt. of a hydrocarbon resin with 100 pts.wt. of a polypropylene composition containing propylene copolymers obtained by polymerizing in the first step 1-30 wt.% of a copolymer component (A) comprising propylene and ethylene and/or an α-olefin with a carbon number of 4 or more which contains 1 - less than 15 mol% of an α-olefin with a carbon number of 4 ore more and 5 mol% or less of ethylene, and then polymerizing in the second step 70-99 wt.% of a copolymer component (B) comprising propylene and ethylene and/or an α- olefin with a carbon number of 4 or more which contains 15-30 mol% of an α-olefin with a carbon number of 4 or more and 5 mol% or less of ethylene, and a shrinkable packaging label prepared therefrom.
