Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a skin cosmetic improved in a smooth feel and in a transparent feel on the skin, excellent in a roughened skin-improving effect and a skin roughness-preventive effect, and further excellent in smelling stability and storage stability. SOLUTION: This skin cosmetic contains (a) an extract from fruit pericarp of Citrus Unshiu in an amount of 0.0001-5 wt.% in terms of a dry residue, (b) an anti-inflammatory agent in an amount of 0.001-10 wt.%, and (c) vitamin E or its derivative in an amount of 0.001-10 wt.%.
