MAINTENANCE DEVICE FOR PASSENGER CONVEYER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance device of a passenger conveyer operable even at a remote place from an operation panel and not easily operable. SOLUTION: This maintenance device is provided with plural footsteps 4 constituted endlessly, handrails 1 erected on right and left sides of the footsteps, a motor 5 provided in a machine room 7 for supplying driving force to the footsteps 4, a control device 6 for controlling the motor 5, and a floor plate 8 for covering the machine room 7. The operation panel 9 for controlling the control device 6 is provided with an operating body 12 for outputting an operation instruction by a non-contact communicating means, and the operating body 12 is provided with a key switch 13.
