Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve consciousness on reduction of discharge amount of trash in a middle/large-scale building. SOLUTION: Trash W discharged from a prescribed area in the middle/large- scale building is measured (S3) by using a trash collecting means at the same time of collection (S2). As a result, discharge amount data of trash W can be obtained, recognition of discharge of trash can be enhanced and thereby trash W can be reduced.
