Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide assist power corresponding to movement of an operator's hand and allowing the operator to operate a device as is by using a switch to detect manually operated directions in an operation. SOLUTION: By attaching distributed pressure sensors 4, 7, and 9 in a cylindrical grip part 2, measuring pressure distribution of the grip part by signals from the distributed pressure sensors, and calculating an X-direction force perpendicular to a horizontal direction to an axis of the grip part on the basis of the obtained pressure distribution and measured positions of pressure, the multi- switch detects the X-direction force applied by the operator to the grip part.
