Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To join an actuator electrode to FPC electrodes by heating in a state they are aligned with high accuracy when an ink jet head of drop-on-demand type is to be manufactured. SOLUTION: As to a method for arranging in parallel a plurality of FPC electrodes (electrode pattern) 10b on a base film 11 of an FPC 10 and joining by heating the FPC electrodes to the actuator electrode 51b corresponds to them, an expansion cumulation of the base film in heating and joining is divided by forming openings 22 on both sides of the FPC electrodes of the base film (an expansion of the base film is absorbed by the openings 22) and they are joined with high accuracy. Preferably the openings 22 have a length longer than a width of a joining regions (heating regions) R3 and the width of the joining regions R3 may be set within the length of the openings.
