Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of a leak current in an ink chamber with the result that a portion projecting from an outer edge of an electrode for actuating an ink pressure chamber of an ink jet recording head bursts through an insulation coating on an inner wall of the ink chamber. SOLUTION: A plurality of rows of the electrodes are formed on a face of each piezoelectric. An ink chamber with each electrode in a wall enclosing both sides of a groove by forming the groove by removing the piezoelectric between the plurality of rows of electrodes is formed after the piezoelectrics are superposed with the electrodes arranged oppositely. As to the electrodes, photo-resists of negative type are formed on the piezoelectrics, pattern electrodes are formed via the photo-resists and predetermined outer edges of the pattern electrodes are removed by the laser beam. Also the pattern electrodes may be formed via the photo-resists after forming the photo-resists of positive type on the piezoelectrics.
