Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink-jet head capable of executing a stable ink droplet ejecting operation by preventing generation of residual charge in a simple configuration. SOLUTION: There is provided a contact facing part 58 which contacts a vibration plate 50 at the time it is deformed and displaced. The contact facing part 58 and the vibration plate 50 are connected via a switching element 60. Herein, the surface area ratio value of the contact facing part 58 with respect to counter electrodes 55a, 55b is provided so as not to exceed 1/2.
