DIE FOR PUNCH PRESS AND WORKING METHOD IN PUNCH PRESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die for a punch press and a processing method in the punch press capable of precisely and efficiently deburring in a punching work region in a forwarding working (cutting work by forming continuous plural punched holes) of the punch press. SOLUTION: A forwarding working punch section 23B and a pressing punch section 24 are provided in a punch 20 and the forwarding working die section 32B and a pressing die section 33B are provided in a die 30 and only when the punch 20 reciprocates once in the up and down direction, a punching work is performed as well as a deburring work at the same time, which can improve productivity. And, only one punch press can conduct two kinds of works, namely punching and deburring, which eliminates the need for changing the initial setup for a workpiece, making an independent deburring operation needless. And, an unnecessary change of the initial setup for the workpiece can make it possible to improve a processing accuracy.
