SEEDLING-RAISING POTS AND SEEDING POT AGGREGATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling-raising pot that has little anxiety to inhibit the growth of the seedling, when the seedling is transplanted into the soil together with the raising pot. SOLUTION: The objective seedling-raising pot 11 is constituted with a pulp- molded body formed by mold-forming the raw material mainly including pulp as a formulation component and is biodegradable in the soil. The fiber component in the raw material comprises 50-90 wt.% of wood pulp and 50-10 wt.% of rayon. The seedling-raising pot has the thin wall part 23 in the sidewall 13 of the pot, while holes 21a-21e for water drainage and the projections that form each convex shape outward are formed on the bottom wall. The bottom wall 12 and the sidewall 13 of the seedling pots are set to 0.2-0.5 mm thickness.
