OPENING AND SHUTTING CONTROLLER CAPABLE OF OPTIONALLY CHANGING STARTING UNIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening and shutting controller capable of optionally changing an unlocking code stored in an unlocking control starting unit. SOLUTION: The opening and shutting controller is constituted of an electronic discrimination means, an opening and shutting control means, a control unit and the starting unit, the electronic discrimination means includes a miro- processor, a scanner connected to the micro-processor, an input unit, a display unit, a memory element for keeping an optical reading mark data and a scanner data comparison means, the opening and shutting control means includes a control means for controlling an opening and shutting of an opening and shutting structural body, the control unit for controlling an operation of the control means, an engaging means for engaging with the control unit and an engaging control means for controlling the engagement with the control unit of the engaging means and an open state, and the control unit and the starting unit have an optical reading mark for reading with the scanner.
