Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent adhesion and generation of a soil bacteria, a fungus and the like. SOLUTION: A mixture for pavement contains an aggregate, a binder and an anti-bacterial agent. The mixture for pavement is obtained for example by dry-mixing the aggregate, adding and wet-mixing the binder and adding and mixing the anti-bacterial agent wherein the content of the anti-bacterial agent is preferably 0.1 to 1.0% by an outer ratio based on the weight of the binder.
