SOLUTION: This system is provided with the water receiving tank for receiving raw water (water to be treated) to be cleaned, a water cleaning device having at least an activated carbon adsorption and cleaning part, an agitation means using compressed air in the water receiving tank, and a circulation pump of water to be treated, and water to be treated is forcibly fed to the inside of the water purifying device from the water receiving tank by this circulation pump, and already treated water cleaned by being passed through the water cleaning device is returned to the water receiving tank and also the already treated water is fed from the water receiving tank.
