Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual stirring and taking type device for pickling vegetables or fishes in Sake (rice wine) lees, which has compactly been designed, does not required a large area, can be made at a low cost, is inexpensive, and permits to stir and take out the pickled vegetables or fishes without inserting a hand into the pickling lees bed. SOLUTION: This manual stirring and taking type device for pickling the vegetables or the fishes in sake lees is characterized by comprising a container (2), a rotation rod (8) which has a handle (9) attached to one end of the rod and a screw portion formed at the other end and is rotatably supported on one end (2a) of the container (2), a stirring means which comprises plural bar- like or plate-like stirring members (15) fixed to the rotation rod (8) at a prescribed distance in the axial direction to be projected in the direction orthogonal to the rotation rod and connection members (16) spanned between the adjacent stirring members among the plural stirring members at a prescribed distance to connect the stirring members to each other, and a screw member (12) fixed to the opposite side end portion (2b) of the container (2) and with which the screw portion of the rotation rod is threadedly engaged.
