Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarm monitoring system which switches dynamically and automatically processing systems with respect to an event that very important alarm information generates frequently, and can collect more precise alarm information on monitoring control function without depending upon a constant period, regarding an alarm monitoring system of an information communication network apparatus. SOLUTION: In a system in which an information communication apparatus 200 is connected with a network control system 300 via a communication line 201, an alarm receiving and processing part 400 which receives and processes an alarm from the information communication network apparatus 200 is installed in the network control system 300.
