SAMPLE CONDITIONER FOR MEASUREMENT PARTICLE IN OIL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample conditioner for measuring particles in oil, in which operations subsequent to the sampling of sample liquid is fully automated, quantity of particles in a sample and the size thereof can be measured quickly, and the work of diluting with solution or the cleaning work can be performed without requiring manpower, while eliminating the possibility of making worse the work environment. SOLUTION: The sample conditioner for measuring particles in oil comprises a tank for mixing sample liquid from a sample pot with a dilution liquid from a dilution liquid tank to produce dilution sample liquid, a means for supplying pressurized gas to the sample pot and the diluting/mixing tank, a pump for supplying the dilution liquid to the sample pot and the diluting/mixing tank, a filter for capturing particles in the dilution sample liquid through a filtering material, and a means for supplying pressurized gas to the sample pot and the diluting/mixing tank.
