Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a common-sense problem that an energy cannot be generated with a large magnification of input since an energy more than that inputted cannot be retrieved by the energy conservation law. SOLUTION: Four arms 4 are extended in cross shape to a center shaft 1 at any length, a motor 3 having a motor gear 5 is mounted at the tip thereof, and the arms are joined to each other through arm connection rings 11 of any width. Drive gears 6 are installed on the arms 2 through a drive shaft bearing 7 at a same distance from the center thereof so as to come into contact with the motor gear 5. Also, the drive gears 6 come into contact with a static (load) gear 4 installed on the frame at the center part of the amplifier. To retrieve and utilize the amplified energy, an access gear 8 is installed on the center shaft 1.
