Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new polyurethane compound having high mechanical strength, containing a repeating unit of a ring structure having high thermal stability in the main chain and containing an introduced diol residue of a polyol compound having introduced hydroxy groups at both terminals. SOLUTION: The polyurethane compound is produced by the polyaddition reaction of a polyol compound having a specific ring structure as a repeating unit and exemplified by the formula with a polyisocyanate compound.
