Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unsealing-pushing out device for a packaging material, which is light-weight, small and inexpensive, can be carried to an optional place, and of which the assembly and disassembly can be easily performed. SOLUTION: This unsealing-pushing out device 1 for the packaging material is equipped with a carrying conveyor 40, a mounting section 10 for the material F contained in a tare, a cutter 50, a pressing cylinder 25 and a tare-holding means 30. The mounting section is formed of a pair of mounting bodies 11 which are arranged in parallel in the lateral direction. At the same time, respective mounting bodies are axially supported in a manner to be tiltable by a pressing body 27 at the distal end of the pressing cylinder. Respective mounting bodies tilt in such a manner that the external section in the mounting surface of each mounting body may become the top while synchronizing with the pressing of the material contained in the tare by the pressing bodies. Thus, an opening K can be formed by the unsealing-pushing out device 1 for the packaging material.
