OPTIMUM SETTLING METHOD OF VOLTAGE CONTROL APPARATUS IN DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of combinations of settling values, which are candidates of an optimum settling value to reduce a calculation work, and to improve the searching efficiency by adjusting settling serrations and dividing the searching process of the optimum settling values by an enumeration method to be devided into two stages. SOLUTION: An impedance settling range and a voltage reference value settling range are limited, taking into account the control object ranges, etc., of respective voltage control apparatuses, such as an SVR, an LDR, etc. An enumeration method is practiced in the respective limited settling ranges, by using settling values with roughly adjusted settling serrations to narrow down the settling ranges containing the optimum settling values to some extent. The enumeration method is practiced again, in the respective narrowed down settling ranges with most finely adjusted settling serrations to obtain the set of the optimum settling values. The optimum settling values positioned approximately at the centers of the sets of the optimum settling values are selected.
