Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data logger capable of realizing a measuring device and the like that will not generate disadvantages due to the connection between a computer and a data collecting part during data collection. SOLUTION: This data logger is composed of the following; a data collecting part 3 that collects prescribed data; signal conditioning parts 6, 7, 8 that perform signal conditioning for inputted data; a connection part 5 connectable to a predetermined interface of the computer; a control part 10 that controls sending/ receiving of data to/from the computer; and a memory part 9 that stores the data processed by the signal conditioning and the data from the computer.
