Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor the kind and the concentration of a hazardous chemical substance existing in a measuring environment, simultaneously and quickly. SOLUTION: An antibody to be bonded specifically to a chemical substance which is a measuring object is formed on a metal thin film 22, 24 of a crystal resonator 10, and the crystal resonator 10 is arranged in the measuring environment, and the crystal resonator 10 is oscillated by an oscillator 12. The change with the lapse of time of the frequency in the output of the crystal resonator 10 oscillated by the oscillator 12 is measured by a frequency counter 14, and the measurement result is outputted on a personal computer 16, and the mass of the chemical substance reacted with the antibody in the measuring environment is determined from the frequency change by the personal computer 16, and the concentration of the chemical substance in the measuring environment is calculated based on the mass change, and the calculation result is displayed on a display 18.
