Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably control hot water supply temperatures T1 and T2. SOLUTION: A mixing valve 21 for hot water supply combined with an electric water heating apparatus 10, a mixing valve 31 for filling with hot water, and a control circuit 41 are provided. The control circuit 41 switches the mixing valve 31 having a low priority to a low speed mode when filling with hot water is effected during hot water supply and effectively prevents hunting of the mixing valves 21 and 31 from occurring.
