Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize highly accurate positioning of a feed ring in a holding pipe, make the feed ring fit well to a thread groove in the outer periphery of a screw axis and perform motion conversion with high efficiency. SOLUTION: Feed rings R1-R4 in the inside of a holding pipe 2 are made to have the axis center almost in parallel with the axis center of a holding pipe 2 as well as to keep it eccentric, and one point in the inner periphery surface of these feed rings R1-R4 is made to properly to a thread groove 10 in outer periphery of a screw axis 1, which is engaged coaxially to the inside of the holding pipe 2.
