Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic concrete form which is excellent in releasability, lightweight properties, and heat retaining properties, easy to recycle, fit for terminal disposal, and therefore environment-friendly. SOLUTION: The concrete form is composed of a laminated composite sheet 1 consisting of a core layer 2 and both surface layers 3 and 3 sandwiching the same. The core layer is formed of a polyolefin resin foam sheet, and the surface layers 3 and 3 are each formed of a thermoplastic resin sheet. The density of the concrete form ranges from 0.05 to 0.5 g/cc. An average value of the aspect ratio Dz/Dxy of air bubbles contained in the core layer 2 ranges from 1.1 to 5.0. The preferable surface layer 3 is formed of a polyolefin resin nonwoven fabric, a polyolefin resin drawn sheet, or an inorganic fiber reinforced polyolefin resin sheet. Further, a thin fiber molded sheet may be interposed between the core material and the surface layer.
