Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for throwing off a cylinder by utilizing an eccentric box capable of being driven by a smaller and uncomplicated operation assembly. SOLUTION: A frame 7, plate cylinders 2 and 5, the blanket cylinders 3 and 4 attached to the frame, the eccentric box 50 attached to and supported on the frame and operation assemblies 51 are provided. One of the operation assemblies 51 is connected to the eccentric box in order to move the eccentric box to selectively position the plate cylinders between a cylinder throwing-off position and a throwing-on position with respect to the blanket cylinders.
