Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate comprising a decorative film, wherein a layer extremely thin and containing a metal foil powder excellent in metal gloss or the like is formed on the surface of a film, and other sheet material, and a beautiful and tasteful container using the same. SOLUTION: The laminate is constituted by forming a layer, which contains at least a flat metal foil power consisting of a metal vapor deposition layer with a thickness of 0.5-5 μm and a resin layer, on a film and laminating this film on paper, cloth or other film or sheet. The beautiful and tasteful container using this laminate is also disclosed. This container is obtained using the laminate formed by providing the layer containing at least the flat metal foil powder consisting of the metal vapor deposition layer with a thickness of 0.5-5 μm and the resin layer on the film or sheet for a container.
